Twenty-First Century) has identified three category of high-potential careers,
namely:

Those
who use and develop technology - e.g. engineers, computer graphic
artists and software developers.

Those
who respond to demographic shifts - e.g. chefs, healthcare workers and
physical therapists.

Those
who help society to adapt - e.g. management consultants, specialists,
accountants and lawyers.
According
to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, the Bureau of Labor Statistics the

Employment Trends - Facts & Projections
Service
industries will account for the most new jobs.

computer technology and health services aggressively leading the pack.
