BRANCH HEAD/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Job Description:

  • Develop and manage Corporate customers, accounts and various vertical segments
  • Generate sales plan and develop revenue stream.
  • Coordinate with HR consulting team for product/solution customization and delivery.
  • Overall responsibility of Branch/Territorial performance, including people management

Education:

A Graduate Degree with post graduation in Management. (MBA)

Professional Experience:

  • 5-7 years experience in Corporate Sales and Account Management. Should have extensive exposure to services business.
  • Interaction with Senior Management and CEOs at the corporate level in present or last job
  • Exposure to turn key solutions.

Job Knowledge

Good Knowledge of

  • At least one market segment and key executives within our market focus areas.
  • Concept selling to large corporate accounts
  • Long sales cycles and the necessary interventions required at every stage
  • Pricing and Negotiation strategies
  • Strategic sales planning & territory management
  • Build and manage sales budgets.
  • Added advantage: Knowledge of HR processes in organizations
  • Documentation and Presentation

Critical Skills:

  • Communication skills, both written as well as spoken
  • Tenacity to handle long sales cycles.
  • Identification of decision makers in client organizations
  • Negotiation and Closing skills

HR SPECIALIST

Job Description:

Will be a member of the HR consulting team, involved in conceptualizing and providing employee selection and development solutions to clients and translating the solutions into product development inputs for developing customized assessment instruments. Critical to the role would be customer interaction and understanding HR processes (selection and development) in organizations.

Education:

Post-graduate degree in Management, with specialization in HR. A Masters in Psychology, preferably in Industrial Psychology, with appropriate experience, would also be acceptable.

Professional Experience:

Around 5-7 years experience in an HR department. Prior experience in HR consulting will be an added advantage. Thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection processes in organizations is essential / would be preferred.

Job Knowledge:

  • HR processes in a wide spectrum of industries
  • Hands-on experience in candidate recruitment and selection processes
  • Experience in managing developmental processes
  • Use of assessment instruments for employee selection & development
  • Ability to convert concepts into written processes.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of assessment instrument development

Critical Skills:

Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills. , Customer focus, practicality, consulting ability research orientation, ability to work long hours and travel at short notice to client locations would be added advantages.

General Behavioural & Personality characteristics:

Task oriented, conscientiousness, interpersonal and effective time management skills, team orientation, dynamism and pleasant mannerisms.

PSYCHOLOGIST

Job Description:

Will be a member of the R&D team, involved in background research, conceptualization, development, coordination of data collection for standardization and validation, analysis and interpretation for developing customized HR assessment instruments. The role would also involve customer interaction and understanding HR processes in organizations. Critical to the role would be strength in research methodology, analysis and reporting.

Education:

A Masters in Psychology, preferably in Industrial Psychology, with strong knowledge of research methodology and statistical methods. M. Phil / Advanced course qualification in research methodology would be preferred. Certification in using SPSS would be an added advantage

Professional Experience:

  • One-year minimum experience in teaching or research.
  • Prior experience as a research scholar or assistant in academic/research oriented organizations, with functional experience in any of the following fields: Sociological/Psychological Research & Test Development, HR/Personnel or Market Research (with focus on sociological research).

Job Knowledge:

Good Knowledge of

  • Research methodology
  • Psychological measurements
  • Psychological instruments/Test development
  • Ability to convert constructs into measurable attributes.
  • Item development, item discrimination, item analysis
  • Reliability & Validity, Standardization, Norms etc.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of HR processes in organizations

Critical Skills:
