PSYCHOLOGIST
Job
Description:
Will be a member of the R&D team, involved in background research,
conceptualization, development, coordination of data collection for
standardization and validation, analysis and interpretation for developing
customized HR assessment instruments. The role would also involve customer
interaction and understanding HR processes in organizations. Critical to the
role would be strength in research methodology, analysis and reporting.
Education:
A Masters in Psychology, preferably in Industrial Psychology, with strong
knowledge of research methodology and statistical methods. M. Phil / Advanced
course qualification in research methodology would be preferred. Certification
in using SPSS would be an added advantage
Professional
Experience:
-
One-year minimum experience in teaching or research.

Prior experience as a research scholar or assistant in academic/research
oriented organizations, with functional experience in any of the following
fields: Sociological/Psychological Research & Test Development,
HR/Personnel or Market Research (with focus on sociological research).

Good analytical, written and verbal communication skills. reasoning ability,
customer focus, practicality and consulting skills, ability to work long hours
and travel to client locations where required would be added advantages.
